These Terms of Service describe the commercial and technical conditions for using KEHR.IO plans and related functionality.
Service plans are activated after successful payment and provide access to traffic filtering, TDS, statistics, SSL automation, domain connection and related tools according to the selected plan.
Plan limits, prices and included features may be shown in the user account or on the public website. Some additional services, including domain registration, may have separate pricing.
The user must keep account credentials secure and promptly notify support if unauthorized access is suspected.
KEHR.IO aims to maintain stable service availability, but scheduled maintenance, provider incidents or external network failures may affect availability.
Refunds, extensions or compensations are reviewed case by case through support, considering the selected plan, service usage and technical circumstances.
